At mercuryo.io 0.00951 btc = 14k disappeared from my account. They are freezing for the fourth day. They don’t say anything at all. This is the third problem with them during withdrawal. The first two, in case of error (from THEIR side) money was returned to the account. This time no!

Fraud
Purchased $55 worth of bitcoin on Tangem Wallet and received $25 worth. No mention of this outcome in the confirmation messages from mercurio, as I would have refused such a purchase. Take back your 25$ and return my 55$. Support is not responding.
