    Horrible server

    I placed an order and paid in full of $104.20. My order was NEVER shipped or fullfilled. I contacted the seller and never received a response. So, I filled a dispute with PayPal and was refunded only a partial payment of $80.74 and the case was closed. When I contacted the seller again asking why I only received a parial refund and why am I paying for shipping insurance and shipping for items that were NEVER Shipped. They never even created a shipping label. This seems to be fraudulent, charging for shippment of purchases that were never shipped..
