    Service complaint

    The service is disgusting. The only thing they accept quickly is payment. None of the goods I ordered and paid for almost 2 months ago arrived. In the service support note that they are not obligated to keep track of postal items. Now the website in the field "my orders" has disappeared the content of all of goods that have been paid for and have not arrived. This is not support, but a corporate scammer, I do not recommend anyone to buy dubious Chinese trinkets here. Well here only advertise, but no more! Also. I wish this unscrupulous online store to go bankrupt as soon as possible!

    Sin garantia

    I bought a product and after 3 months it stopped working. When I contacted Joom they told me that the warranty is 30 days. They are a company located in Europe, they cannot ignore consumer legislation.

    Do not order from joom,they dont refund the money for bad items,im waiting for 40 days my money and nothink..joom is scam company
