    Deception, rudeness, divorce

    Hello, I signed up here and made one trade on a demo account. Then I wrote to support and asked to delete the account. The reason for deleting the account was because they asked for full passport information about myself.
    Vitaly was rude to me. I was dumbfounded. The account was not deleted. Chat disappeared. I am shocked.
    Ten minutes on the site and I have big problems.

      Hello. Passport data is not required when working on a demo account. Verification is required only if you deposit your account with a bank card. Provide your ID in the system.

      Hello, it is strange enough that you were asked for passport data after one transaction on a demo account. Write more about this situation. As far as I know the account is not deleted, but blocked.
