    I had a positive experience. There was a controversial situation on slippage on binary. FinCom was right for me, the money was returned. Usually Grandcapital is very accommodating in controversial situations (I have had claims) when they see that the slippage is really their fault. But sometimes you need an outside arbitrator. There they sort out who’s right and who’s wrong.
