Very very bad experience
How in the world do they have such a high rating here?
1. They cooperate with scam rentals like Surprice/Autoone – check out their reviews on Trustpilot.
2. Rented a car at Autoone/Surprice through them and also bought their Full Coverage insurance. When returning the car the rental found a scratch on a plastic rim cover and charged a fine on me. I filed a Full Coverage case and have been waiting almost three months now for my money although they claim that it should take 60 days AT MAXIMUM to get to case resolution. I cannot get any info on my claim – they do not reply to my emails. I think I might have been scammed – for the second time.

A fuir!

We rented a vehicle at Santiago De Compostel airport, our plane landed at midnight and we rented the vehicle for 12:30 a.m. a bus was to take us to the “Record Go” agency located... Read more
