With less than 48 hours to pick-up I made a new booking in Olbia. Within minutes I reaslied in the conditions that my CC did not have the 6 months validity required by the rental provider for the security deposit.
I called them directly but they said that it was mandatory.

Suite à un soucis d’annulation, le service client a tout de même bien voulu me rendre mon argent sous forme de crédit d’achat alors que l’annulation à eu lieu 2 jours avant la prise en charge.
Ils ont été très réactifs et j’ai pu donc reprendre une voiture pour mon voyage

The most important was the comparison between cars. I got for a good price unlimited milage and extra driver. Too bad that The extra driver has to be physically present when we receive the vehicle..
