NO CONTRATÉIS CON DISCOVERCARS
Hemos tenido una experiencia nefasta con DISCOVERCARS. Hicimos una reserva en Mayo en DISCOVERCARS para coger coche en Bérgamo y usarlo durante 9 días, para dejarlo en Venecia, del 14 al 23 de Agosto. Avoid !!! Rental made on their site, deposit paid, rental not honored on arrival. No possibility of a refund. Dishonest website and rental agency in Italy " Suprice" " Atone"

Pérdida de la reserva por demora recogida del coche
We rented a car for 1 week but we arrived 5 and a half hours late to pick it up even though it was within office hours. The surprise is that they refused to deliver it because of the delay, losing the 7 days paid and having to book them again for another 7 days. We complained at the TFN airport and also to the GoldCar company as well as to DiscoverCars. Only the airport information staff helped us initially so that GoldCar could provide us with the complaint forms they were obliged to provide.
We filed a complaint with Aena-TFN and are waiting to finalize the contract for this new reservation to see possible charges before filing a complaint with the D.G.Consumo for possible abusive clauses and economic damage in the rest of the vacation package.
