    Be careful! Fraudsters. Full coverage costs are not reimbursed

    I rented a car at Riga airport. Reservation, confirmation, pickup of the car went without any problems. During the rental, the car received a minor The damage during the parking lot was not my fault. Since I did not purchase full coverage from the landlord (my huge mistake, don’t repeat that), but from I had to pay 200 euros directly to the landlord. Under the terms of full coverage I provided all the necessary documents for compensation from the discover cars. I ended up getting only 175 euros instead of 200 euros. It turned out that the company was withholding its costs from ME for transferring my compensation. It is logical that I asked the manager for clarification. Without giving me any adequate explanations, the manager in a boorish tone reported that they did not cover the commissions and the case was closed.
    Conclusions: boorish attitude, failure to fulfill their own obligations to the client, fraud with I don’t recommend anyone to get involved with this company. I categorically do not recommend anyone to get involved with this company.

    i rented a car in august 2023.my security deposit was taken and to this day, two and a half months later, i still haven't been credited.discover cars is not giving me any clear answers!!!!
