    1 star: Not good. "Free" cancellation -...

    1 star: Not good.
    “Free” cancellation – Didn’t get 25 euros back after cancelling the reservation.
    Booked a car in Turkey – was immediately charged to the card 25 euros. The trip was canceled – I cancelled the reservation. But I didn’t get 25 euros back on my card. It turns out that this amount remains on my “personal account”. (Booking Credit: 25.79 EUR) in their service and I can use it for next bookings through discovercars. If within 5 years I do not use that amount – it burns off. What an invention! And at the time of booking it was just written that the cancellation was free. Not about any freezing this amount for 5 years was not written.
    Booking Credit: 25.79 EUR. Can be used for any car in any location. Use for one booking or across multiple bookings. Valid for 5 years. You can see your current Booking Credit balance in the My Booking section of our website.

      Similar story! As I saw in the confirmation of booking a deposit of 1400 euros, I decided to refuse – the cancellation is free! As a result i got $73 on my account! Why do I need it if I don’t like the amount of deposit?

    i rented a car in august 2023.my security deposit was taken and to this day, two and a half months later, i still haven't been credited.discover cars is not giving me any clear answers!!!!

    NO CONTRATÉIS CON DISCOVERCARS
