    When I entered the amount in BYN, they took a hidden commission, although it was not specified anywhere. Lost a lot of money. This exchange is disgusting.

      Hello Egor. Thank you for your feedback. We regret that the level of commissions on our crypto-platform did not meet your expectations. Our commissions are at the average or minimum level in the industry. It should be noted that first time depositing with a bank card there is no commission. However for further deposits via bank card the fee is: 1.5% for Alfa-Bank VISA cards and 3% for cards of other banks of VISA and Mastercard payment systems. When you deposit by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, Currency.com does not charge any fees on a regular basis.
