I purchased 2 items on 06/12/2022. After claiming it they told me “with very good words” that it would arrive soon. One of the items arrived in the first days of January/2023. The 2nd arrived on 01/31/2023. Almost 2 months later. The first item arrived fine. The 2nd item did not had nothing to do with what I had ordered.
I wrote to customer service and "with very kind words" they asked me to I apologized for sending them a photograph of the item I had received by mistake.
After 2 days I received a reply and "with very nice words" they apologized again and offered me 2 options:
* Refund me 11€ which is supposed to be the difference between what I had order and what had been sent to me.
* Return the item to me at my expense "to China" no less. That could cost more than the article costs.
It is a shame that after the mistake made on their part I have to keep something that they have nothing to do with. From then I will try to give them the worst possible publicity.
With this what you get is that people distrust online shopping. I certainly doubt I will never buy anything from this guy again. Certainly not from this riffraff.

I do not advise!
Ordered a t-shirt and pants, low quality. You have to return them with your own money! Surprised! I don't recommend it.

I ordered 2 coats in size L
I received one L and one Xl the quality is mediocre I have the impression to have ordered a disguise of bad quality
No returns or refunds possible

Geld einfach behalten
The faulty items (all of them, 2 pairs of pants to be precise) were sent back and the money has not been refunded for months now. I only receive standard e-mails asking me to be patient. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the imprint beforehand.
