I went through the verification through the camera from the phone and selfies. This was not enough for them and they asked to prove the origin of the funds. I buy cryptocurrency from my hands. We do not have online exchanges in Kyrgyzstan for buying a large amount of cryptocurrency through bank accounts. All purchases are made off-line! I sent them correspondence with the sellers that I actually buy - sell cryptocurrency in large quantities through offline meetings. Sent proof of ownership of a mining farm and a mining hotel. They ignore me. Their answer is always: "we are reviewing your request, please wait. 6 days have already passed !!!!. They don't want to return my xrp and send Btc. These are real scammers! It is they who are engaged in criminal activity, not us !!! They refuse to give their address so that I write a statement to the police. Operators do not answer anything except: "We do not belong to the security service, please write a message to the security service"! Security service ignores or sends the same message: "we are considering your request, please wait".
Do not use their services if you do not want to lose money !!!
