The best thing about its platform is how fast the conversion is conducted. I always find it stressful when I wait for the new coins to hit my wallet after I have done the payment. Here that time is halved, it’s almost instant compared to other services i used in the past

Used Changelly since a while to DCA.
Always swapped cryptos, never used FIAT or credit card.Today for a swap around 100$ of BTC, they wanted KYC. And as i’m refusing a KYC for a crypto swap, they just keep my BTC and don’t cancel the transaction…
