Having written this review on very negative emotions caused by the impossibility of withdrawal of my funds to the bank card, given the fact that I used it to replenish the account balance, I want, being in some way a fair person, to leave a directly opposite review.
After contacting the chat and technical support and describing the above-mentioned problem with the withdrawal, I was contacted quite quickly by phone and reported that the money was transferred, and discussed all the unclear issues with the withdrawal of funds. Taking into account this fact and the efficiency of feedback (it took no more than a day from the moment of the problem), I want to give them a completely different assessment, more positive. Withdrawal of funds works, as well as feedback!!!
My advice: prepare in advance for withdrawal via bank transfer by finding out and sending them all the necessary details!
