11. Consideration of complaints and settlement of disputes
11.1 In case of a disputable situation, the Client should first of all contact the Company’s Customer Support Department using the contacts specified in section 12 of this Agreement.
12 of this Agreement. If the answer given by the Customer Support Service, the Client considers unsatisfactory or the Customer Support Service does not have the authority to resolve the issues raised by the Client, the Client has the right to ask the Customer Support Service to redirect his/her issue to the Company’s Dispute Resolution Department or to send a complaint himself/herself to the e-mail address [email protected].
11.2 When submitting a complaint, the Client shall specify the following information:
– Client’s first and last name;
– the Client’s e-mail address;
– when (date) and during which operations the disputable situation arose or was detected;
– describe the situation in detail;
– attach files confirming the disputable situation (if any).
In order for the disputable situation to be resolved in the shortest possible time, the Customer must provide all the above information in full.

These guy’s are fraudsters in this company the try to trick you with sweet words and promises in line of investments. They’re just fooling you and these are some bunch of thieves circulating in this rocket. They are scammers and liars.
