4.9 The Client has the right to...

4.9 The Client has the right to register only 1 (One) Account on the Website. In case the Company detects several Accounts belonging to one Client or a group of persons, if such persons can authorize from one IP address and/or access the Site from one device, or funded with one bank card and/or e-wallet, or with authorization from one IP address, or if other signs of ownership of multiple Accounts are detected, the Transactions and their financial results on all such Accounts may be cancelled and the Accounts may be blocked. In this case, the funds in such Accounts cannot be considered a financial obligation of the Company to the Client.

5.19. If the Company’s Security Service suspects the Client of fraudulent actions or deception, the Company has the right to block the Client’s Account without prior warning and without the possibility of Withdrawal of funds in the amount of real damage caused by the Client’s actions to the Company, as well as the profit that the Client received as a result of fraudulent actions or deception.

10.13. In case the Client violates the terms of this Agreement, the Company has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to the Client. In this case the Company has the right to withhold from the Client’s Account funds in the amount of real damage caused to the Company by the Client’s actions, as well as the profit received by the Client in violation of this Agreement. The Company has the right to refuse to re-register such Client.

In case of re-registration, the Company has the right to block new registrations without prior notice and withdrawal of funds.
