On Monday the applications were canceled, asked to verify. I sent a photo of my passport, card and a photo with my passport in my hand. In 15-20 minutes they cancelled the applications again. Still holding back, called 8 800, said only that the photo is not legible (self-picture phone does not feel comfortable). Asked the man at work to take my picture and sent it.
Came back, everything went well, create an application and wait.
Further all pulled the rubber band to the maximum. On Wednesday evening the money from the deposit was written off, but the card is not received. Wrote to the support service, the bank said to transfer within 2 working days (total: 3 +2 = 5 working days). Bank however, was slightly faster and yesterday the money sent. But the second request from Monday was processed only today! So again I have to wait until Monday:)
Conclusion:
1. The money is withdrawn, even if it takes a week.
In order to have an opportunity to use the service I have already registered and then I will be able to use it, as I have no problems with trading.
3. I had raised up to 90 K while I was waiting for it all :)))

I didn’t have to wait for Monday:) Today the money came on the card. 5k + 15k. Deposit already raised to 170k:)
