Thank you for your appeal. There is no fraud, your money really wasn’t credited to your account. We are currently dealing with your situation together with the billing company. Support worker received a severe reprimand for his inability to help and sent to the company aggregator-payments. Expect a resolution to your issue within today or tomorrow.

We asked the billing company to look into the situation. We have checked all the records and logs on our side and received confirmation from the service provider that the transaction data shown in the screenshot is not related to binomo.com. We can see from the logs that you have not made any payment attempts. In addition, the screenshot you gave us earlier does not prove in any way that the payment was made at your site, as we can see two browser windows. In the first one, the search found the Binomo website, and in the second one, only the personal account of Yandex.Money, and no connection between these windows was found. We assume that many users register and test the services of various binary options and forex platforms, so we recommend that you check other sites where you could make a payment.

The situation has been resolved. As we wrote, the client made a payment not to our company, the billing confirmed it.

No not true I am a real Bimono client who lost his deposit and do not whine like everyone else on this site, but this nonsense about the fact that the money did not come first time I hear, maybe you should see an optician and not trade!

I was deceived
Binomo screwed me out of $2,000. As soon as I started earning good money, they immediately blocked me and wouldn't let me withdraw my own money.

I read positive reviews about this company and yesterday I decided to open an account. I usually open a demo account first, to get to grips with the convenience of the interface, and then, if everything is OK, I open a real one. This time I also registered, opened a demo account, a window pops up – let’s say, the promotion +25%, open a real account. I clicked, followed all the links, paid. Thank heavens that I always put a small amount first, then I try to withdraw it, and then I already throw in serious amounts, if everything is in order. So my unfortunate 10 bucks did not arrive on the account, although from Yandex purse were promptly written off. Support service immediately wrote to me after describing the situation that “your money was sent to someone else’s account”.they, they say, no pop-up windows, put the money normally through the cashier. I erased cookies, registered at a new address, made screenshots of all pop-up windows leading to Yandex money with the same purpose of payment as yesterday, sent. In the end, “we can not help you, contact the company-aggregator of payments”. Great in general. Sounds like pure fraud to me. Like with small sums to contact simply nobody will contact, to write there, to complain, to sort out.
