      Hello, Oleg! The company does not stop trading with fixed contracts at news releases. Only trading contracts with short expiry dates for some underlying assets may not be available during times of strong market volatility or, conversely, during periods of low liquidity (night time, bank rollover). If you have a dispute, please file a trading claim in your Personal Area, indicate your trading account number, position numbers and a description of the dispute.
