According to the account history, the company closed my trading position at 0% stop out (allowed since I participated in the “100% on deposit” bonus, which also turned out to be misleading) at quote 1.32674. The minimum candle, which is shown in the platform (on the standard account) is 1.32672. (all confirmed by screenshots)
At the same time, on the Alpari demo account, on other services and terminals of other brokers, the minimum quote of this candle is 1.32679 (0.5 pips higher), which means that if the same quotes were used on the standard account, the position would not close.
Immediately AFTER closing my position, the price rushed 50+ pips in the direction I wanted. I would like to point out once again that it happened immediately.
The support service’s excuses about different liquidity providers (which have absolutely nothing to do with it, and which they naturally do not name (because they do not exist), have no basis. The company’s liquidity and quotes are not connected in any way.
Summary – I will work with a claim on manipulation of quotes, NEVER TRADE WITH ALPARI. Choose other brokers!
