Alpari US itself initiated the proceedings by the NFA.
There was a failure in the platform, the developer of which Alpari US was not, and a number of clients used this technical error to their advantage. The company immediately reported the incident to NFA in accordance with the regulations. Then the company immediately did everything possible to correct and eliminate this error and reimburse the clients who were affected by this situation.
