A good indicator of a broker's decency is his reaction to claims. My illegally closed position was acknowledged as an error (due to apparent non-market) and it was restored. It took several hours to review the claim although initially they warned me about 3 days. I have never seen such speed, honesty and willingness to help and retain the customer from other brokers.
