    Lost 2fa code from my account at...

    Lost 2fa code from my account at Yobit, endlessly writing tickets with a request to disable 2fa, ready for any identification – the answer from the admins (Recently, disabling 2fa actively engaged criminals in order to steal money, so we no longer perform this operation) Do not know what to do! Who has faced with this? What can I do and where to write a complaint?

      Sad problem… it is necessary to write to them, to prove that you are you… let them go to a meeting… it was with another exchange, they threw me settings and I again tied google authenticator… so that only through them you can solve this problem, let them do it as an exception for you… please tell me then whether you got the issue.

      Now a lot of people write about 2fa, right now they will not restore 100%, it’s like in 2017 )))) The noise will fall from the crypto and they will start processing 2fa.
      BTW there are really cheaters trying to remove two-factors, my friend’s mail with password was stolen, then he asked admins if there were requests to remove two-factors – and they were )))) In general, it’s easier to resurrect the device than to wait for the removal of 2fa

    I trust the exchange

    As much as I don't credit the Yubit exchange, I trust the exchange and I'm not afraid to keep my money there. I went there in 2017. I deposited rubles via kiwi wallet. Had 3 bitcoin.     Proven reference yobit - I work on it for 5-7 years Sometimes overestimate the interest for withdrawal of fiat - then suspended work. But they quickly corrected kinks with the price for withdrawal of fiat - apparently they monitor clients. You can confidently work with them
