    About six months ago or a little more yobit had the option to contact telegram tech support. They answer pretty quickly there, plus you can chat with other users, which is especially useful for beginners. Krch if you have a week with a ticket unanswered, then immediately telegram them and kick the admins to quickly deal with your ticket (if less than a week, it may be OK, at least until the bit will not fall back)

    I trust the exchange

    As much as I don't credit the Yubit exchange, I trust the exchange and I'm not afraid to keep my money there. I went there in 2017. I deposited rubles via kiwi wallet. Had 3 bitcoin.     You can work

    Proven reference yobit - I work on it for 5-7 years Sometimes overestimate the interest for withdrawal of fiat - then suspended work. But they quickly corrected kinks with the price for withdrawal of fiat - apparently they monitor clients. You can confidently work with them
