My name is Zelentsov Yuri, I am the owner of the hrbank account on the Yobit exchange.
The group of investors I represent faced the following problem.
In December 20017 we were attracted to the Ethereum Lite (ELITE) project based on Ethereum (ERC-20) and its development Atlantis, as described in the white paper of the project. This project seemed very promising to us.
In addition to this coin, there were assets in other coins, as well as just unallocated money.
A scan of the available assets is attached:

During the course of our work, we monitored the account every 3-4 hours, even if we did not make any active transactions. However, on 22.07.2019 I found that I have no access to the account on the site. When contacting the support of the exchange, I received a reply that everything is fine with the account:

At the same time, I noticed from the summaries that there was a one-time sale on the exchange, which is the same volume as my pool. This excited me, because such a volume of sales has never been observed since our presence on the exchange, much less a one-time sale. There have never been orders for such volume. Needless to say, the rate of this transaction was negligible. After a short time, a significant volume (100,000) was put up for sale at a rate close to the real one at that time:

From the very beginning, I began to suspect that my account was hacked, although I did not receive any emails about the authorization code or successful login to the account, which is common practice when logging in from an atypical IP address for the account.
I notified the technical support of the exchange immediately. But I did not receive a response, as well as on my subsequent repeated constant appeals.
Thus, I believe that the administration of this site is in cahoots with fraudsters, covers them in every possible way and facilitates them. That is, they are fraudsters themselves.
With respect,

I trust the exchange
As much as I don't credit the Yubit exchange, I trust the exchange and I'm not afraid to keep my money there. I went there in 2017. I deposited rubles via kiwi wallet. Had 3 bitcoin. Unfortunately, Yubit has one of the worst charts, which is impossible to navigate. There is a chat room, but it is better... Read more

You can work
Proven reference yobit - I work on it for 5-7 years Sometimes overestimate the interest for withdrawal of fiat - then suspended work. But they quickly corrected kinks with the price for withdrawal of fiat - apparently they monitor clients. You can confidently work with them
