I was their client since September 2017, my account was verified, I traded small amounts.
On 22.03. 2019, at 17:55 I received a letter to my mail with a notice of termination of my contract with weltrade due to alleged fraudulent actions, and that my account will be blocked by Monday evening. On 25.03 from 11.00 am I had a dialog with CHAT on the impossibility of withdrawing the remaining funds from the trading account due to lack of access. From the side of technical support – complete inaction until 28.03.2019 the application for withdrawal is not processed!!! My money was simply stolen!
Violations weltrade:
1. Notification of termination of the contract outside of business hours – Friday 22.03.19, at 17:55. 2. Termination of the contract of public offer without any explanation or dialog with me. 3. Blocking the account and closing weltrade my orders at a loss. 4. Inability to withdraw the remaining funds from the account. 5. Lack of any communication with me and help me as a Client. 6. For three days already the funds have been debited from my weltrade trading account, but not credited to my personal wallet. 7. Inconsistency of the address of registration and the name of the company specified in the Agreement of public offer and in the certificate.
No one answered my letter – a claim, in the chat – a complete lack of assistance, there is a “kitchen” and the exchange of clients. It turns out, while the amount on the account was insignificant – I calmly traded, as soon as it exceeded a thousand dollars – they decided to “screw” me!
I do not advise ANYONE to get in touch with this company!

Terrible. they say they have lowered the spread but what they don't tell you is 30-60 mins before session closes they will increase over 5x more than their average (which is already bad btw). you might think i'm just crying because i lost money...that's not the case.
