    Good afternoon! Do not withdraw money to the bank account via swift payment for the past 3 weeks, I understand everything, maybe some glitches, holidays, etc., but how do people get their money, and no feedback, they stopped answering at the end of December. The amount is not insignificant. Hopefully UT support will get in touch somehow, or it’s worth asking the authorities for help.
