Hello! The hotel we wanted to check in at did not confirm the reservation. I called the contact center and was told that they had taken the problem under consideration. After an hour and a half an employee called me back and offered me an alternative hotel in the same area at the same price. During the whole process the employee Kirill (sorry, I did not ask his last name) was asking if everything was ok and if the hotel required an advance payment. I was very pleased with the promptness of the service.
