    I have been using this service for more than 10 years.
    Recently decided to save time and to buy a ticket for the commuter train in advance.
    It turned out that in order to buy a ticket for a suburban train, you need to install a separate application. Installed. I bought a ticket. In the mail came the check, the ticket in the application did not appear.
    Wrote to support. The answer came at 3 (!) In the morning.
    Technical support -. a separate "strength" side of the service.
    It costs nothing for a specialist to write a stock phrase like "dealing with your issue, Wait" and disappear for an indefinite period of time.
    It feels like every time you "come back " a new specialist who is lazy to read the previous correspondence, I have to patiently explain everything all over again.
    I ended up spending almost a full work day talking to Service tech support: I went out, went into the application, updated the software, sent screenshots of the screen to make sure that I am not a complete jerk and go in where it should go. In spite of this, the ticket never showed up in my app. The money for the ticket was returned to me, and I decided that in the future it would be better Stand in line at the Russian Railways ticket office than deal with the tutu.ru service
