At the end of August, we bought an air ticket abroad through this so-called platform. The flight was canceled a few hours before departure, without warning the client. Employees of the company unreasonably canceled the insurance of the ticket, as a result of which the insurance company now can not return the money for the ticket. For a month, the call center and other specialists DO NOT DO ANYTHING to move the situation forward, despite multiple appeals. No one should ever use this platform!!!
