    misleading and deceptive conduct

    I purchased a policy from EKTA based on their website’s claim that it included travel cancellation insurance. After buying, I discovered the policy excluded this coverage entirely. When I raised the issue, they offered only a 40% refund. This felt deceptive and left me without the protection I thought I had. I wouldn’t recommend EKTA unless they improve transparency.

    Don't close!

    Don't close! Very disappointed!!! I paid with the best of my money and only after two weeks they remembered to answer me that because I submitted the claim 3 days later and not within 24 hours there is no compensation! I was insured by many companies and I have never seen anything like this! Beware... Read more

    Positive experience
