Very disappointed
A girl from Tez Tour Antalya made a payment towards a trip on Friday,12. On Saturday, she called us to fix an error made by her because the payment was made to another beneficiary. She told us to redo the payment, assuring us that we would receive the money back by Monday. We made the mistake of trusting her and we paid again. Even today, 07/17, the money has not arrived, and essentially left me without money on my vacation. I clearly stated that we were counting on that money.
Besides the fact that on Saturday, at 3:00 PM, I couldn’t sleep in the afternoon, being disturbed to go down and make the payment again, I am fighting daily to recover the money from them.
All places recomandat by them are bad and ayou have to check them out in google because some of them have a under 3 star score. We ware to a spa that was really bad. And we lost a day with it. It should have been a max 3h trip it tourned out to be 6h. They are very bad organized.
We are extremely upset.
