    Not bad service

    I have been actively using real estate rental services for a long time. Of course, so far the service is losing out to well-known foreign analogues, but in the absence of them, I need to the alternative and this one, in general, is not bad.
    There are some disadvantages, the main one is that the service controls only the prepayment, the rest of the main part of the is transferred personally from the tenant to the landlord and this caused some concerns at the beginning. But it seems that the service has leverage over the landlords enough, as I have not encountered any problems. Hosts sometimes ask for a scan of passport, which is also unpleasant, but understandable. Sometimes they ask you to transfer money before moving in, which is also against the rules of the site, but again, there were no problems in practice. I think it will be great in the future

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
