1. but the communication with tech support, and the interface itself and the the program is something with something… when I had difficulty with leaving a review (which is not surprising with a constantly buggy program), then no one answered the e-mail. Then I called once, they didn’t answer either. Finally, when I contacted them after some more time, they finally answered. but on my question about bonuses, they said we can’t help, time is up… so two times three I tried to solve the question… finally luckily, it worked out. to talk to an adequate manager, and to solve the issue in the end. for which a separate plus for the manager rather than the platform

2. moment. working in the program or website. through the site several times with a tablet tried to choose housing options. but since the adaptation to mobile devices there is probably not you heard, I gave up and booked with another service.

Then I downloaded the program. A fourth chance, so to speak… but it’s as dumb as the site. Well, a little bit. Better. You end up waiting for it to load sometimes. Not the first time. But eventually I managed to somehow book accommodation again.

3. what I can do to say. hire normal progarmmists who know what is user friendly interface, adaptation to different platforms, and fast work sites

and train your managers to communicate not by scripts, but to think with their heads. and you’ll be all tops.
