I think it involves a whole team of talented people, not just one person. Because your letters are very good, especially successful in personifying Jana, good idea, you really get used to her and her writing, she disposes. The drawing is marvelous, an energizing smile. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
