    In general, I recommend it, but be careful when canceling your reservation, money is not refunded

    I used it for the first time on the recommendation of friends. On the whole, everything was to my liking, but one thing really surprised me. We were looking for an apartment in Sochi. There were ads where put photos of several apartments in one ad. And what exactly the apartment will get – you can only find out after prepayment. And the prepayment in these advertisements are non-refundable. There is no way to contact the landlord until prepayment is made. This is very frustrating. Also, the rather intrusive managers from daily.ru – they text and send a lot of messages reminding me to complete the booking.
    But the reservation was eventually made, and I was pleased that Review bonuses were credited immediately after the trip.
    I will recommend to my friends.

      It is possible to contact the landlord even before making a deposit prepayment, in this case it is necessary to choose objects without "Quick booking" with such objects it is not necessary to make payment immediately: You can ask the owner all the questions beforehand, and only then decide whether this object is suitable for you or not. If you are not satisfied with something, simply do not make a prepayment – the reservation request is automatically canceled.

      According to the rules of daily.ru, in case of cancellation the guest can be charged with compensation set at the time of booking by the landlord in the house rules. The exact amount of compensation is calculated separately for each reservations.

      Also in case of cancellation of the reservation, the standard calculation of the refund amount set by the landlord itself takes place.
