I used the service once to rent accommodation for a vacation in another city. In general, my impression of the service was positive. There were some concerns, but I was not sure. You have to rely entirely on the relevance and reliability of the information in the description of the accommodation and book "blind". After booking immediately contacted the owner and clarified everything. In my case, everything turned out to be reliable and went well (description of the accommodation, check-in, accommodation).

If the property does not have a “QuickBooking” option, you can start corresponding with the owner immediately after sending your request – even before that moment, when you made the down payment.
In the second case, you do not have to make the payment immediately: you can ask the host all the questions beforehand, and only then decide whether the object is suitable for you or not. If you are not satisfied, simply do not make a prepayment – the reservation request will be canceled automatically.
