    I do not recommend this site!

    This is the first time I have come across this site. I booked accommodation for a family for 10 days, looking for accommodation with a pet. (When searching, I checked the box, described that dog, breed). The reservation was confirmed, the money as an advance payment was written off When I arrived at the place, 1500 km from home, with my family and dog, I found out, that the landlord accepts pets only by agreement. On the site supposedly my +pet did not pass. I called the site’s technical support and what I heard: 1. Disrespectful attitude on the part of the operator. 2. That they can not help, but can just return the advance payment. 3. For some reason The operator started to claim why I didn’t arrive on time, although it seems to me that it’s none of your business, especially when you have received your interest, As this issue was resolved with the host, when, what and how. I don’t recommend it!

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
