The landlord wrote in a message some time later that she had already rented out the apartment and on a different the booking resource. They did not return the money to my card, but left it on their resource: it turns out that now I am obliged to get my money back at least somehow and book with them! The site’s attitude towards its customers is outrageous: if the site cares about its customers, why does it allow landlords to keep a I have to put my ad on the site when this housing is not available for rent! They don’t say what the exact penalties are, which means, given that the site allows such actions to its customers, allows the placement of their base on other resources, then there are no sanctions.
