    disrespectful attitude towards clients

    I booked a room on Bukharestskaya street in St. Petersburg , object #19033. It was time to check in, I called the landlady. And it began surprises- "I don’t live there, my son of 30 years lives there alone, the kitchen is being renovated." There is no such information on the website. I refused to move in, I sent an e-mail to daily.ru. No one answers the call. They sent a message that my money in advance in the amount of 1800 rubles was given to the landlady of the room. And more boorish response from the hostess- "After all, you are not in the convent you go." Group divorce, Information about the settlement is false, They collect money and no one is responsible for anything. I do not advise anyone to deal with this site.

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
