Unreliable_g. Kazan, st. Chistopolskaya, 62

Good day. I have encountered an unreliable and irresponsible landlord.
I booked accommodation at the following address: 62 Chistopolskaya St. in Kazan period from 16.08.23 to 20.08.23.
I contacted the landlord (she is presented on the website as Adela) immediately after the rental. and then a couple days before we left. Everything was in place at that time. Adela clarified what time to expect me.
I was confused by the fact that she told me that we would not meet and that the key to the apartment I had booked would be waiting for me. I wasn’t really comfortable with that option, I asked for a meeting to hand over the keys and the remaining amount (16,000 for the accommodation).
After taking a cab to the address, I dialed Adela on the phone – she didn’t answer, didn’t pick up the phone. I called for an hour. Then she showed up online, on WhatsApp. Texting that I was like I’m in the wrong place and I came to the wrong place, like she can’t see me and blah blah blah blah. She just ignored me. For the record, I drove 14 hours. И running around her house, going into the sub-doors, going up to the floors. Since the house is double, connected by an archway. It’s hard for a visitor to find the address at once. She she just ignored me and didn’t make any effort to come out to see me. Her phone was still not answering.
In the end, when I found her (I had from the neighbors.)
I walked into this apartment…and was horrified!!!
First of all, a heavy odor (most likely cat odor) rushed into my nose. Miserable, run-down.
