    Controversial situation

    We booked accommodation, as a result we moved in, but after 24 hours due to power cuts, every five minutes, there were problems with the gas heater. We had to urgently look for another accommodation. But here is the return of money, here daily ryu refused to return the amount that I transferred as a prepayment.
