    Scam

    I made a reservation for a friend, but they can’t go.
    Out of 7360r, I got a refund of 1472r.
    Is that legal???
    I spoke to the hostess and she didn’t receive any money!
    I did not sign any documents to pay such a commission for the reservation, taking into account the refusal day to day!
    I am waiting for clarification and refund, otherwise I will contact a lawyer!!!!!

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
