    huge commission when canceling a reservation

    Booked the hotel almost 3 weeks before arrival, a few days later an unexpected thing happened and had to cancel the trip. When making a reservation I made a prepayment of 1400r. But they want to return to me from all this sum only 280r!!!!!!. What is this?
    Where are such sizes of commission specified at registration? Before arrival 16 days, not a day. Just disgusting, I will never use this service again.

      We would like to point out that indeed when canceling a reservation, the compensation set at the time of booking by the host can be withheld accommodation in the house rules. The exact amount of compensation is calculated separately for each reservation. Possibility to familiarize yourself with the conditions of cancellation is in the payment window, even before the payment is made.

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
