    they don't return money!

    We found an apartment on the website, the dates we needed were free. We made a prepayment of 3600r. When we called the landlady it turned out that the apartment was occupied. The landlady asked to cancel the reservation. The reservation was canceled, the money is not returned! No phone does not answer! No response to messages either!

    • they don’t refund money for canceling a reservation due to the fault of the hosts, support doesn’t respond to messages or phone calls
