I booked accommodation with the help of the daily service. The apartments turned out to be far from the photos – dirty, uncomfortable, with a complete lack of service. Called the daily service, they answered that I could give us a review only after the end of the stay. I waited until the end. I couldn’t find where to leave it in the app Feedback. Wrote a request through the app to the company. After a few minutes, found the opportunity and wrote a review. In response to my letter, I received message that the account with this phone number does not exist. I attach all correspondence with them, screens of payment, I ask to clarify how the “not exists.” Meanwhile, I go to the app – indeed, the account with this number is not found. Deleted the account for a fair negative review.
