    The money was not returned

    Booked a hotel room. Paid the reservation. In the morning departure. On the same day check-in in Gelendzhik, but unfortunately the bridge was blown up, we and my family (with two children) could not pass from Crimea to Gelendzhik. The reservation had to be canceled due to the explosion of the bridge. They refused to refund the money. Customer service does not answer. This is not correct, we did not cancel at will, we had force majeure circumstances.
