    Hello! The refund is being processed. I hope that there will be no surprises. I conclude: A refund is possible, but it does not change the situation. We had to find our own accommodation in the night with suitcases in an unknown city with a complete lack of interest from the company. I hope that in the future conclusions will be drawn and service users will be better insured against similar situations. Once again I repeat, it’s no joke to find yourself on the street at the height of the season!!!

On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
