    Good flat

    The apartment is close to the subway, to the center and generally with everything you need. In the courtyard, and the basement there is a store. Photo of the apartment is fully consistent! Everything worked! The price in general was very favorable, especially since it was just before the new year. In general, I advise!

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
